The event will gather the local community as well as Nordic executives, investors and startup founders together to discuss and mingle whilst establishing valuable connections. Thus, the aim of the event is to bring the actors around the Baltic Sea under one roof. This is a natural step towards ensuring that in the future there will be even more success stories emerging from the area.

Jessica is one of the partners at Northzone and today her portfolio includes Na-kd, Fyndiq, Outfittery, Klarna, Lesara, Matsmart and LEMONCAT. Her primary areas of focus are e-commerce and consumer internet. As a growth stage investor, Jessica also has a strong interest in marketing and business intelligence. Prior to joining Northzone, Jessica co-founded HelloFresh, the global recipe kit delivery service with market-leading operations in nine markets. At HelloFresh, Jessica was the global CMO, and spearheaded the global marketing operation. Being in the fundraising hot seat no less than three times, Jessica learned a thing or two about VC thinking, believing in your own version of a big vision, but most importantly focus over control.
Jakob is CEO of Gleechi, the company behind the award-winning software solution VirtualGrasp. During the latest years, Gleechi has focused on enabling natural hand interaction in VR, with customers ranging from hospitals to world-leading game developers. Jakob has several years of experience from working with digital entertainment and has been called one of Sweden’s smartest young entrepreneurs. He is also the organizer of the Nordic region’s largest VR community and co-organizer of the European VR meet-up VREUR.
Petra is the Chief Experience Officer at POND. She started her digital experience journey about twenty years ago. During her whole career, she has been starting and running quite a few successful digital agencies, one of them sold to LBi/Digitass. Five and a half years ago she joined POND and founded POND Digital. Her client list is long with a focus towards retail and e-com. Clients include H&M, Lindex, Ellos, Stadium and Åhléns. Petra also has experience from the Media Industry and just before joining POND she ran a digital magazine project for Bonnier in San Francisco. Petra´s passion is simply smart strategy in combination with outstanding creativity. POND are experience makers with 55 people working across all the industries. Everything the company does is brand led, human-centered and design driven. Since January 2017, POND is part of the PwC network.
Jacob de Geer is a the co-founder and CEO of iZettle, the fast-growing mobile payments company that lets anyone take card payments and manage and grow their business. Before starting iZettle, Jacob was the first employee at performance marketing firm TradeDoubler where he helped to build one of the largest advertising networks in Europe before leaving to co-found movie sharing firm, Ameibo, and Tre Kronor Media, an award-winning communications agency. Both companies were acquired in 2010.
