Entrepreneurs’ Mental Health and Wellbeing @ Founder’s Day
Often as an entrepreneur, you put your health and sanity low on the list of priorities while scaling your business take the front seat. On Founder’s Day, we turn the attention to entrepreneurial mental health; we pampered our startups with a relaxing afternoon of workshops and keynotes centered around communication, relationships and an Entrepreneur’s Psychology.
Anna C. Mallon, an entrepreneur herself, took the stage with a key buzzword – empathy. She underlined the importance of understanding how people have different ways of making them tick, and how that can truly help with relationships at all levels, both personal and business-focused. Markus Gnirck, a partner and co-founder of Tryb, also generously shared with us his own journey of entrepreneurship and the importance of being ‘in the moment’ even during our hectic schedules.
