Founders Day brought together 130 startups from 20 countries. The program at Founders day aims to address real-time business issues and how to solve them. This provides an avenue for founders to learn from each others mistakes as they are happening rather than just waiting and letting them grow. At this years Founders Day, the founders had the chance to learn from inspiring keynotes and panel discussions. Most importantly – the Pitch Competition Finalists were chosen by a jury of investors.
Investor Day brought together over 100 investors. As the goal of Slush is to foster entrepreneurial culture and strengthen the startup ecosystem of Singapore, Investor Day did precisely that by creating a forum for discussion targeted towards the local and international investors attending the event.
The roundtable discussions of the day allowed everyone to speak up about their own learning lessons and challenges. The topics of the roundtable discussions covered themes from how to manage limited partners to VC led collaborations. Two sets of roundtable discussions and plenty of new acquaintances later, the day culminated in networking and mingling with new friends.
The Partners Day brought together corporates to discuss the latest trends in corporate innovation. The day was all about focusing and learning about corporate-startup collaboration. The roundtable conversations of the event was moderated by industry experts. The day was all about focusing on best practices of corporate and startup collaboration, as well as bringing companies from different industries together in workshop activities and roundtable conversations to talk and learn from each other.
